The IST is delighted to mark International Women’s Day, with the introduction of a Showcase Gallery developed by the Women in Tech network group.
The Gallery will aim to showcase the profiles of members of the network and their colleagues. The Gallery will provide short personal profiles which we hope will become a resource that schools can use to help get girls interested in STEAM subjects (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics). It is vitally important that our future professional workforce comprises as broad and diverse a range of people as possible, and getting girls interested and inspired is key to that diversity.
We will be continually gathering more profiles and loading these onto our website and if you would like to contribute your profile please send 4 bullet points about your professional life and 4 about you personal interest, along with 4 images, to office@istonline.org.uk.
