Royal Society of Chemistry – Chemistry Technician of the Year Award

The Royal Society of Chemistry – Chemistry Technician of the Year Award 2013 recognises individuals that have been working in a technical support role, with a strong basis in chemical sciences, for at least one year.

Three categories will be awarded:

  • Technical support in education and further education (with special reference to chemistry)
  • Technical support in higher education and research
  • Technical support in industry
Some of the basic rules/criteria
  • Candidates are NOT permitted to nominate themselves
  • Candidates do NOT  have to have membership of the RSC or hold RSci or RSciTech
  • Nominations will close on 01 July 2013
