Fellow Grade:

Fellows may be nominated or applications made on the designated form, which is available for download (app_fellow.doc, or app_fellow.pdf).

Full details of the Institute's Fellowship includes rules and application procedure guidance notes and is available for download as an Adobe pdf file

Affiliate, Associate, Member Grades:

Application for membership at Junior, Affiliate, Associate and Member grades can be made via our online form or by using a hardcopy standard form which can be sent by post to our main office. The hardcopy standard form is available for download (app_form.doc, or app_form.pdf).

Further guidance notes for those applying for membership are available (app_notes.doc, or app_notes.pdf)

Junior Grade:

An application form is available for download for those applying for Junior membership.

You will need Acrobat Reader installed on your PC to view the .pdf files.
